I need a solution
Hello,
since a few days ago we have problems sending mail to a client. We received a rejection with the following message:
Remote Server returned '<cluster3.eu.messagelabs.com # 5.0.0 smtp; 501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 14012, please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.> '
At first, our IP 142.4.15.61 had a negative reputation at http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/ but not anymore.
Our IP does not appear in any blacklist.
How can we solve this?
