I need a solution
One of my clients is having intermittent problems sending email to multiple companies that have email mananged by MessageLabs. We do not receive a bounce back when the emial is not delivered.
Last checked, the email server IP address is not blacklisted on your site nor on any other lists.
The server IP is 139.130.167.34 and domain is uni-span.com.au.
Can you, please, offer any insight why MessageLabs is not delivering the emails? We tried contacting the IT departments of the companies we cannot send to but they have not been able to help.
This only happens with MessageLab managed companies and have no problem with any other providers.
