refused to talk to me: 501 Connection rejected by policy

we have a new IP from our Datacenter for one Server.
The Customers on the Server cant send Mails to "messagelabs".

Please Remove ASAP the IPs 173.212.234.48 and 2a02:c207:3002:389::1
