    We have an IP that gets bounces for no reason (501 Connection refused).
    IP in question is 5.255.90.177.
    It is not listed on any other blacklists (except ZabBL which blocks whole ranges but does not block email and is solely a mere opinion of varied system administrators). Neither does it have poor reputation with Symantec AFAIK.

    Prompt unblock will be appreciated, we do not send unsolicited bulk mail from this e-mail address, solely legitimate e-mail traffic.

    I need a solution

    Dear Symantec community

    I'm looking for a embedded hyperlink solution where external emails with embedded links are replaced by a warning message and disable the ability to click on the link.  However it should still be possible to cut and paste the link into a browser.  I don’t want to block them only force the recipient to think about what there doing.

    Is this possible with email security cloud and if not are there any alternatives?

    Thanks

    Stuart

    I need a solution

    Hello,

    I saw people had similar issues, so I bring mine.  Several people in my company using the domain findout.com are unable to send email to various customers using Symantec.Cloud Email solution.

    I went to the troubleshooting page, trying to figure out what is happenning:

    1. Spam list are clear.

    2-6. Our service provider seems to have well configured network and servers.

    7. All clear, as far as I know

    8. Clear also, we send only direct, personalised and solicited email.

    Our domain was missing SPF & DKIM records, they were added a few weeks ago, but the issue still persist.

    We sent an email to the cloudfeedback email on October 22th, at 4:43pm CEST, but we didn't received any answer, and email is still rejected.

    I'm out of clue, any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    I need a solution

    Good day All,

    I wanted to reach out regarding efforts to further prevent Phishing Email Messages that are bypassing the following Email Services;

    - Anti-Spam, including Sender Policy Framework.

    - Anti-Malware.

    The scenario is as follows;

    - Inbound Email Message, sent from an External Source, destined to Company Internal Email Addresses / Destinations.

    - The Inbound Email Message has a Spoofed From Address.

    - The Email Message contains an ".HTM" attachment.

    - The ".HTM" attachment contents has references to External Web Addresses that are Malicious.

    The experince is as follows;

    - The Inbound Email Message is successfully received into the Internal Email Address / Destination mailbox.

    - The Company Perimeter Web Protection then identifies the Outbound Browser Request, after the ".HTM" file is opened, as being Malicious.

    The required Solution;

    1. How would you prevent / block Inbound Email Messages that have a Spoofed From Address?

    -- SPF is not an option as the Domain being used in the Spoof does not contain a SPF record...

    2. Is it not an option to perform a check, comparing the Inbound Email Address "FROM" Address with the "RETURN-PATH" Address?

    All comments are welcome and will be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    I need a solution

    Friends,

    It started mid last week and it seems no correspondence is going from tcf.org domain to any client using anti-spam cloud.

    I've sent a number of individual instance reports to Cloudfeedback... starting last Friday afternoon.  I've followed all the http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH233678 guidelines. We aren't on any Blacklists, SPF and DKIM all check out and we haven't sent any spam.  Its possible there are other issues with footers or something I can't determine. What do I need to do to get off the aparent list?

    A colleague at one of the intended recipient's IT department submitted  to CLOUDfeedback.. early Friday 11/18 and has not heard back. I sent my first note to CLOUDfeedback report Friday afternoon but have not heard back.

    Thanks so much for your assistance.
